• Meal management: Write a meal diary easily and quickly! We evaluate you through meal patterns and nutrient analysis.
• Expert consultation: Solve your questions through 1:1 consultation with an exercise and nutrition expert.
• Customized health information: Contains all useful information and guides on diseases and health management that I need.
• Weight management: You can record your weight directly or through a Bluetooth scale.
• Medication/smoking cessation management: Register your medications and keep a record of your intake so you don’t forget the medication time. You can also keep a smoking cessation record.
